Oracle Car Finance is the UK's number one funder of premium, classic and sports cars, established in 2005 with a wealth of quality customer and prospect data on file.

During the pandemic, there was a unique opportunity for Oracle Car Finance to leverage their database to support car drivers with a range of funding options to suit changing conditions in both new car supply and used car price increases, however, with only one marketing executive they lacked the experience and resource to successfully market this opportunity. That's where CM Marketing Solutions stepped in to help!

First up was to understand their data quality and map their customer journey, working with their in-house team this was all fully documented for future development. We then successfully delivered changes in their CRM strategy, revising customer touchpoints enabling them to market their points of difference to the right people at the right time, improving customer retention as a result. Whilst undertaking core projects, we also mentored their marketing executive, resulting in them taking a more senior role in the business and recruiting a second marketing assistant for support. When Rufforth with Knapton Parish Council found they needed to completely redesign their website to fulfil WCAG Compliance requirements, they turned to CM Marketing Solutions for help. Partnering with a build agency, we helped them to define their content and user experience, project managing the build and content delivery before dealing with the technicalities of moving their website to a new host and fulfilling the security requirements outlined by Government Digital Services.
We also designed them a new logo to give them a more modern feel and optimised their site for social media when sharing their latest news in local community pages.
Oriental Healing Arts Clinic is a complementary therapy clinic in Boston, MA; specialising in Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Wellness Therapy.
They approached CM Marketing Solutions to design and deliver a new website using the WiX platform to replace their outdated site which had very limited information.

Using a chosen design style, we completely redesigned their site incorporating clever navigation to create the best user experience online. We optimised for SEO and installed Google Analytics to track their improved site engagement with over 60% of their traffic now attributable to organic search.
